Psychology and Soft Skills Club Online

Course Description
Our Psychology course is designed to support children and teenagers as they navigate the emotional, social, and psychological challenges of growing up. It offers a safe, thoughtful space where young people learn to understand themselves, manage their feelings, build healthy relationships, and gain tools that support their wellbeing.
We begin with self-identity and self-esteem, helping students explore who they are, what matters to them, and how to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. We talk openly about mood swings, irritation, and emotional ups and downs, as well as the physical and psychological changes that come with puberty. Students also learn how to set goals, stay motivated, and discover hobbies that bring joy and stability.
A central part of the programme focuses on developing emotional intelligence. We teach how to recognise and express feelings safely, understand anger and frustration, and cope with sadness or disappointment. Students learn the difference between normal emotional experiences and situations that may require extra support. We also cover techniques for managing anxiety and stress, overcoming procrastination, and building gratitude and positive thinking into everyday life.
The course also supports students in navigating relationships and communication. We explore how to make and maintain friendships, resolve conflicts, and communicate with siblings and parents in a more constructive way. Older students also learn about first romantic feelings, respect, and healthy boundaries. We discuss bullying, how to protect yourself, and how to say “no” confidently when needed.
We dedicate time to modern-day psychological challenges as well. Students learn about online safety, the emotional impact of social media, how to think critically about information, and how to manage exam pressure more calmly. We also explore important topics such as myths around substances, identity and diversity, mental health warning signs, toxic behaviours, and understanding personal boundaries.
This Psychology course helps young people build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and confidence—skills that will support them throughout their teenage years and beyond.
The course is delivered in Russian and taught online by a highly qualified psychologist with extensive experience working with children and teenagers.
Our specialists have a deep understanding of the emotional and developmental challenges young people face – especially during puberty – and design every lesson with great care and sensitivity to their needs.
If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit for your child, you can start with two trial lessons. This gives your child the chance to experience the atmosphere, meet the teacher, and see whether the sessions feel engaging and comfortable. If they enjoy the course, you can then continue with the full term and simply pay the remaining balance after the trial period.
