Psychology and Soft Skills In-Person

Course Description
Our Psychology & Soft Skills course helps children grow into confident, capable, and emotionally aware young people.
Throughout the course, students develop essential life skills such as emotional intelligence, communication, teamwork, and public speaking. They learn how to build healthy relationships with friends, classmates, siblings, and family, and how to express their feelings in a safe, natural, and constructive way.
We also explore practical tools for handling stress, resolving conflicts, preparing for exams, and managing time effectively. Along the way, children discover their strengths, understand their abilities and boundaries, and begin shaping a vision of who they want to become. This helps them grow into independent, responsible individuals who feel confident in themselves and in their future.
This is a unique program created by the Gerbera Academy team to equip our students with the essential skills they truly need for real life.
Every element of the course is carefully designed to support children not only academically, but emotionally and socially—skills that will stay with them far beyond the classroom.
The course is delivered in Russian and taught offline by a highly qualified psychologist with extensive experience working with children and teenagers.
Our specialist has a deep understanding of the emotional and developmental challenges young people face – especially during puberty – and designs every lesson with great care and sensitivity to their needs.
If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit for your child, you can start with two trial lessons. This gives your child the chance to experience the atmosphere, meet the teacher, and see whether the sessions feel engaging and comfortable. If they enjoy the course, you can then continue with the full term and simply pay the remaining balance after the trial period.
Classes take place at Jacksons Lane Arts Centre, 269A Archway Road, London N6 5AA.
