Girls Zone – Six Expert-Led Workshops

Course Description

This course is designed specifically for girls aged 10-14 as they enter the teenage years. Research shows that girls and boys experience puberty differently – physically and emotionally, so we’ve created a safe, supportive space just for girls to explore these changes. We talk openly about what’s happening in their bodies and minds, and how to navigate this stage with confidence, resilience, and self-belief. Our goal is to help each girl build a healthy self-esteem and feel strong, capable, and understood. Girls will have 6 expert-led meetings with specialists in different areas.

Dates:

  • Monday 14th September –  Monday 19th October 2026
  • 6 workshops

Girls gain confidence in formal and informal dining situations while enjoying entertaining historical insights.
